'The Young and the Restless' spoilers for Aug 1 – 5: Victor Newman is back in business; Jill plays cupid for Billy and Victoria
Fans are in for another set of highly emotional episodes of “The Young and the Restless” ("Y&R") this week. On Monday, Victor (Eric Braeden) reminds someone just how dangerous he could play a game. Meanwhile, Adam (Justin Hartley) urges Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) to confirm that Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) is Victor’s accomplice.
Meanwhile, Jill (Jess Walton) pulls Jack (Peter Bergman) for a heart-to-heart talk, after her shocking discovery. Spoilers hint that she’ll do everything to get Billy (Jason Thompson) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) back together. Other “The Young and the Restless” cast members who will appear on the Aug.1 to 5 episodes include Abby (Melissa Ordway), Nick (Joshua Morrow), Phyllis (Gina Tognoni), Lily, Hilary (Mishael Morgan) , Cane (Daniel Goddard), Summer (Hunter King), Luca (Miles Gaston Villanueva), Kevin (Greg Rikaart), Mariah (Camryn Grimes), Bella (Cali May Kinder), Dylan (Steve Burton), Sharon (Sharon Case) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson).

CBS released a preview video for the Aug. 1 episode of “The Young and the Restless.” In the trailer, Jill tells Jack, “It might seem I’m an overbearing mother but I assure you I have very good cause…and so do you.” Meanwhile, Adam orders Chelsea to use her friendship for their deep-seated motive. “Figure out what she knows…get her to admit that she was working with Victor,” Adam says. Victor also figures in the sneak peek as he warns Chloe, “You’re playing a very dangerous game. You know what I’m capable of.”
TV Guide reports that Monday’s installment also deals with Nikki as she grills Victor’s motives, while Jill issues Phyllis a stern warning. Elsewhere, Adam cautions Nick to stay away from Chelsea.
Tuesday’s episode focuses on Ashley’s argument with Hilary, Dylan and Sharon’s family camping trip and Kevin’s discovery about Bella’s paternity test.
Wednesday’s run centres on Luca, who reels from Summer’s shocking announcement. Meanwhile, Chloe pays Adam a visit in prison.
On Thursday, it’s all about alliances as Cane and Billy grapple to work harmoniously together, while Nick and Phyllis forge a partnership. Elsewhere, Lily plans something against Hilary.
Wrapping the week on Aug.4, Abby uncovers something shocking, while Jack is compelled to choose which side he’ll be on. Meanwhile, Jill pulls out all the stops to get Billy and Victoria back in each other’s arms.
