A young baseball fan gains more popularity from the rest of the Toronto Blue Jays and Texas Rangers game and players in Arlington last Saturday night, May 17. The lucky kid who caught a foul ball appeared to have immediately handed the ball to an older girl sitting behind him. Vine users who watched the very short clip commended the kid pulling one of the "smoothest" moves ever recorded.

First, the kid got (and kept) his prized foul ball tossed to him by the Jays third base coach Luis Rivera. The boy handed the ball right away to an older girl behind him and impressed the ladies, nearby audience, and viewers. The kid's gesture was touted by viewers "one of the smoothest moves." But the announcers were quick to notice what the kid's nifty trick during the game. The young boy did a ball switch, catching the foul ball with his mitt tossed to him by Rivera, then turns around and gives the ball to the older pretty girl.

Replays from the game showed how the boy actually kept the ball in his mitt, and gave another souvenir ball to the ladies. From the ladies and the nearby audience's perspective, the boy impressively gave the foul ball to the girl without being caught doing a ball switch trick.

The Vine video shared on Reddit will show the kid's kind gesture, but viewers will also notice how easily performed the trick to impress the girl behind him. In the video, it's hard to see where the ball came from. The commentators are guessing if the boy brought the ball to the game in purpose, waiting for the perfect moment to pull an impressive gesture to ladies.
