If latest reports are to be believed, the white variant of the Xiaomi Mi Mix could be unveiled at the Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2017. A recent teaser by the mobile maker has hinted at that. The Xiaomi Mi Mix white variant first leaked in November 2016. Those who are not aware, the Mi Mix is currently available only in black colour. The teaser image shows a jumbled word that is a combination of the words “black” and “white.”

Even though the teaser did not mention anything explicitly about the white variant, it does mention CES 2017.

“Just 4 days to our 2017 CES Mi Product Launch, it's going to be an exciting Mix of tech breakthroughs! What do you think we'll be announcing?” read Mi’s Facebook post.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix white variant was also recently spotted at a Chinese online store though it was not up for sale. The Mi Mix black was released in November 2016 and it sports a 6.4-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2040 pixels. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with a planned upgrade to Android 7.0 Nougat. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 chipset and Adreno 530 GPU, reviews GSMArena.

The 128GB Xiaomi Mi Mix variant has 4GB RAM and the 256GB variant has 6GB RAM. There is no microSD slot. The fingerprint scanner can be found on the rear. The Xiaomi Mi Mix handset has a non-removable 4,400 mAH battery that comes with Quick Charge 3.0. Its 16MP primary camera has f/2.0, EIS (gyro), phase detection autofocus and dual-LED (dual tone) flash. Other features include geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR and panorama.
