Samsung astonished the whole world when it announced the premium limited edition smartphone, the Galaxy Note Edge alongside the Galaxy Note 4. It became the first handset to feature a curved display on one of its edges. However, the new Xiaomi Arch leaked image that has surfaced shows that it is a Galaxy Note Edge killer that will feature curved display on both edges.

According to GizmoChina, Xiaomi is a firm that has consistently made efforts to roll out products with great features along with a very nominal price tag. However, the Xiaomi Arch will be a premium offering from the company. The leaked Xiaomi Arch photo that has cropped up says that it is the first ever smartphone to come with dual curved screen on both its edges unlike the Note Edge that comes with a single curved display.

GizmoChina has revealed that the curved edges will display various kinds of notifications and function quite similar to the curved display of the Note Edge. Since it has two curved edges, it will have more real estate to show alerts regarding calls, text messages, stock prices, sports news and so on, claims PhoneArena.

GizmoChina adds that the Xiaomi Arch leaked photo indicates that it will sport the "Mi" branding above the display and it will also feature three capacitive buttons below the display. As of this writing, nothing more on the Xiaomi Arch specifications and features have been revealed. GizmoChina claims that currently Xiaomi Arch is not a real device but a concept image. Also, Xiaomi is yet to reveal any official information on the Xiaomi Arch.

Xiaomi is soon going to unleash couple of new products at the beginning of 2015 that includes the Redmi Note 2 and MiPad 2. As of this writing, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has not revealed the precise dates on releasing the aforementioned devices to the market.
