http://parungonicolo@gmail.comThe upcoming RPG "Xenoblade Chronicles X" is one of the most highly anticipated games coming for Nintendo's Wii U. The spiritual successor to the original "Xenoblade Chronicles" for the Wii looks to expand on what made the first game successful, with a new "Xenoblade Chronicles X" 24-minute gameplay video confirming and detailing what can be done in this open world RPG. The video was released in the Japanese Youtupe playlist of Nintendo and can be seen below.

The only downside–for anyone who doesn't understand Japanese at least–is the gameplay video is completely in Japanese, with no English subtitles whatsoever. Still, one doesn't have to understand the language to see what happens in the gameplay footage below, which includes plenty of combat, building relationships with other characters and riding mechs that can turn into cars similar to Transformers.

For those who just want the gist of what's possible in the video, IGN has that covered. The popular site released a reaction video hosted by Jared Petty and Meghan Sullivan who discussed the gameplay mechanics revealed in the lengthy video. Both praised the graphics of the game and the detail of the open world, though Petty wasn't a fan of the game's anime-inspired character designs. Others who are curious about the game's predecessor may be happy to know that a port of the original "Xenoblade Chronicles" is coming to the 3DS titled "Xenoblade Chronicles 3D." Reported by Games Radar, this port is set for release on April 2 for European audiences and April 10 for gamers in North America. The trailer for the port contains a three-minute story trailer that re-introduces the Monado Blade and a war brewing between the Homs and the Mechon. An Amiibo for the game is also available and will let players unlock in-game tokens that can be used to unlock music and characters.

Teased since 2013 and developed by Monolith Soft, "Xenoblade Chronicles X" will finally be released this year for Western gamers, though a specific date wasn't given. A report from Polygon states that eager gamers who pre-purchase the game through Nintendo's eShop will be able to download the game earlier and will reportedly be ready to play upon release.
