Hugh Jackman is all set to reprise his role in the seventh instalment of "X-Men: Apocalypse". The actor would begin the shooting of "X-Men: Apocalypse" in the summer next year. Simon Kinberg is writing the film and he suggested in his recent interview that Jackman would love to play Wolverine until the scripts are good and enthralling.

"I think as long as the stories are compelling and the scripts are good, until he is in a wheelchair himself, you will get Hugh Jackman to come back and play WOLVERINE. So I don't personally have a contingency plan for him leaving the franchise because I can't imagine him leaving the franchise. I'm building these movies just as I assume I have Jennifer Lawrence and Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy - I have Hugh Jackman as well," said Kinberg about Jackman's future as Wolverine in Latino Review.

Moreover, it has also been hinted that Jackman could don a more traditional look in the film, according to reports by Enstarz.

Future of Marvel recently shared a photo of a costume on its Facebook page. The costume reportedly belongs to Jackman's character as mentioned in the description of the photo.

The caption of the photo reads as, "Marvel BC has reported that a photo (seen above) of the alleged Hugh Jackman Wolverine Costume for X-Men Apocalypse has appeared online."

The costume photo is close to what Wolverine wears in the comic book series and on the television. The costume has a hint of yellow and has the classic mask.

Reportedly, this costume first surfaced in the deleted scene of "The Wolverine". In the scene, it was shown that Yukio (Rila Fukushima) and Wolverine are leaving for Japan. It is then that Yukio gives Wolverine a container. The container contains the classic costume, according to the website reports.

It is yet to be confirmed whether Wolverine would be seen in the traditional costume or in the modern version of it.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" is scheduled for release in theatres on May 27, 2016. The cast of the film also includes Jennifer Lawrence and Channing Tatum.
