Olivia Munn will reportedly showcase some extraordinary fighting skills in the upcoming “X-Men: Apocalypse.” The actress, who plays Psylocke, in the film recently posted a video on Instagram, with the caption “Drop kick it like it’s,” where she can be seen practicing kicks with an instructor.

In the clip, she is dressed in black leggings and white tank top, and she can be practising different techniques of a kick.

Munn has been reportedly practising hard to get her martial art moves right. She had previously posted a similar video where she was seen practising her sword skills. Munn’s character in the film is known for hand-to-hand and foot-to face combat skills, according to Entertainment Weekly.

In the comics, Psylocke (aka Betsy Braddock) is a trained martial artist. She can generate telekinetic katana, or direct a telekinesis through her fists to strike. She is also immune to telepathic probes and attacks. The character first appeared in “Captain Britain” No.8 as Elizabeth. Many versions of Psylocke has been represented in the comic book, and it's not clear which version will appear in the film.

Meanwhile, speaking about her character, Munn has previously said to EW, “She’s very strong and she’s very lethal and she’s very powerful, and it doesn’t really matter what she’s wearing as long as you have that strength and that presence.”

At San Diego Comic-Con, it was revealed that Munn will be one of the horsemen of the main villain Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac), Cinema Blend reported.
