“The X Factor UK” contender Louisa Johnson may have a One Direction admirer. The 17-year-old aspiring singer shared that 1D band member Louis Tomlinson sent her a private message on Twitter.

Johnson has gained many fans and admirers given her vocal talent. One of them is reportedly One Direction’s Tomlinson, who was a guest judge on “The X Factor UK.” The aspiring singer revealed to Mirror that she received a private message from Tomlinson on Twitter.

“Louis Tomlinson direct messaged me. He just said, ‘Good luck.’ It was nice to have support,” she shared. “I replied, saying, ‘Thanks so much.’ He’s just a normal person.”

When asked whether a potential romance could be brewing between the two of them, Johnson was quick to deny it. “He’s not really my type,” she told Mirror.

However, Tomlinson wasn’t the only One Direction band member that Johnson met on “The X Factor UK.” The aspiring singer also spoke to Niall Horan backstage during One Direction’s recent appearance on the show. Johnson told Mirror that Horan was also supportive and gave her tips about her performance.

“He was saying, ‘Let your personality shine through,’” she said. “Those two seem to be backing me, which is nice.”

Johnson, one of “The X Factor UK’s” top 7 finalists, is also prepared to do her best to win in the show despite a recent break-up with her boyfriend. She told Mirror that she “[wants] to win the show” and that she’s ready to face any challenges.

“I was prepared for the pressure, but it does get hard,” she continued. “I prepared myself for the worst, which is why I’m coping all right.”

Meanwhile, apart from Johnson, another “X Factor UK” group had the chance to meet One Direction during their performance on the show on Sunday. Fan favourite 4th Impact had the "best day" last Sunday and even shared a group selfie with One Direction on Twitter. The four-girl singing group also shared their dream of performing with One Direction someday.

“The X Factor UK” airs every Sunday and Monday in the UK on ITV.
