Sunday’s live decider show of the "X Factor UK" ended with a lot of drama as 4th Impact member Celina lost consciousness on stage after being voted off the competition.

The “X Factor UK” team was sent in a panic after Celina collapsed on stage after the camera stopped rolling, according to Mirror. The group’s mentor, Cheryl Fernadez-Versini, rushed to help and called out for assistance. A source told Mirror that Celina was treated by onsite paramedics who was hired by ITV to be on-standby during the competition. An ambulance was also called to help attend to 4th Impact member Celina.

An audience member shared with Mirror that the incident happened as 4th Impact was saying goodbye on stage with other “X Factor UK” contenders. "Her sisters were shocked and Cheryl started calling for people to help,” said the audience member. "Two men ran on stage and carried Celina backstage, she looked lifeless. Cheryl had to stay on stage because of Xtra Factor but she was clearly shaken by what had happened."

This is not the first time that Celina had an incident during “X Factor UK.” The youngest member of the four girl singing group also collapsed earlier this month before the start of their live show performance. Celina was also rushed off in an ambulance, but she managed to recover later and took the stage with her sisters. “X Factor UK” showrunner and judge Simon Cowell was impressed with the group’s performance given Celina’s condition.

Prior to 4th Impact’s elimination on Sunday, the “X Factor UK” group also wowed the judges with their ballad performance of “I’ll Be There” by the Jackson 5 during the fifth live show held Saturday, Nov. 28. Cowell told the all Filipino singing quartet that it was the “best” that 4th Impact has sounded so far, Zeibiz reported.

“Girls, can I be honest with you? When you walked on wearing identical dresses again and I saw flowers in the background…I was dreading it,” he said. “Then you started to sing and everything changed. But your vocal was absolutely outstanding at parts. The best you sounded so far.”

Meanwhile, 4th Impact’s “X Factor UK” mentor Fernadez-Versini told The Sun after Sunday’s show that Celina was doing alright after receiving medical attention. "[Celina’s] OK,” she said. “She's being taken care of backstage."

The four girl singing group also took to Twitter to assure everyone that Celina was feeling better. They also thanked the fans for their support.

“Thanks to all who voted for us why we reach this far,” 4th Impact wrote. “Celina is ok now thanks for your prayers and love… love u guys. Lets keep believing.”
