It is really good to finally see Britney Spears right back on track after her infamous meltdown in 2007.

Britney Spears is busy last week in San Francisco for "The X Factor" auditions. However, "The X Factor" judge was spotted taking pictures of her adorable boys that would make perfect pictures for their family album.

The 30-year old Spears kept herself warm in a tracksuit bottom with a hooded jumper as she photographed and played with her 6-year old son, Sean Preston, near the beach shoreline.

She went for a simple and casual look with no make-up and a bun-up hair style. Sean Preston was so busy building sand castles that he did not mind if his mother took photographs of him with the SLR digital camera. Meanwhile, Britney's fiancé Jason Trawick and her youngest son Jayden were just nearby.

Spears appeared to be happy and really contented after getting back together with her family. Perhaps Britney was also checking out if her children enjoyed playing on the beach. According to Radar Online reports, Britney has considered purchasing a Malibu property and she is said to have already viewed several beautiful beachfront houses during the beach outing of the family.

"They all seemed to really love it," the insider reported about the house which was built in 1979 that Britney and her family spent some time looking at the place.

The very spacious house made of wood and glass is available with a lease of $14,900 a month or the house can also be purchased for the amount of $6.9 million. The real estate website Californiamoves.com provided more information about the three-level beach house. The 3565-square- feet house has decks on each level. There are five bedrooms, four bathrooms and an additional studio apartment attached with a kitchen and bathroom of its own. The home also has a kitchen that is newly remodeled, vaulted ceilings and a fantastic view of the ocean.

There is no doubt that Britney Spears would want to spend her money on buying such a beautiful house on the beach so that she can spend more quality time with her boys.
