With two episodes already aired and one to air tonight, "White Collar" Season 6, which is the final season, is barrelling towards its end at a high speed. The episode 3 is titled "Uncontrolled Variables." This episode is likely to show how dangerous the notorious Pink Panthers can be and more members of this gang may get introduced. Also, Neal finds himself in an uncomfortable situation.

The last episode saw the attorney general signing on Neal's deal that if he takes down the Panthers, he gets to be a free man. However, it is not going to be easy to hunt this gang and help the FBI catch them. In the preview clip, Mozzie is seen warning Neal, "You screw over the panthers, they go after everyone you care about."

According to the synopsis of the episode, Neal will find himself in a tricky situation, as for his latest task Neal has to scam an innocent person, "a sweet, unsuspecting young woman." The last episode, "Return to Sender," revealed that Keller is out of the Russian prison and has joined the Pink Panthers and later Neal found out that Keller is working as a criminal informant for Interpol.

The episode 3 of "White Collar" Season 6 will see Neal and Peter trying to figure out the identity of Keller's handler. According to the synopsis of "Uncontrolled Variables," "it quickly becomes clear that the FBI and Interpol need to work together of risk blowing the entire case."

The Pink Panthers asks its new recruits, Neal and Keller, to steal a file from a high teach firm. Keller's target is the young woman to accomplish the task. Neal, however, is not comfortable with the idea of scamming her.

Jeff Eastin, creator of "White Collar," has said to Zap2it, Neal has a soul, Keller really doesn't. Keller represents this chance for Neal to look inside himself and say, 'Who am I, really?'" Eastin has said that the entire series of "White Collar" has been about Neal trying to figure out "who he is."

The premiere episode of "White Collar" final season revealed that Elizabeth is pregnant. In episode 3, Elizabeth will be seen wondering if she would end up raising the child alone, as Peter is unable to get much time out of his demanding work schedule.
