‘The Walking Dead’ season 7
Sonequa Martin-Green plays Sasha on "The Walking Dead" season 7. AMC/The Walking Dead

It looks like another one of Rick’s associates is going to bite the dust on “The Walking Dead” season 7 episode 14 as Negan doesn’t (and shouldn’t) take assassination attempts lightly. Also, one character is reportedly going to have a big reveal on “The Other Side,” which may or may not surprise hard-core fans of the AMC show.

Spoiler alert: This preview contains plot details about “The Walking Dead” season 7. The season premiered Oct. 20. The series is available for Australian viewers to watch on Foxtel every Monday, 1:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Rosita is set to enter Hilltop grounds next episode to follow through with her and Sasha’s plan, which is to take out Negan. The two have gotten “closer” thanks to their shared desire for revenge. Rosita even lent her rifle to Sasha, who insists she takes the shot.

In the trailer for “The Other Side,” Sasha is seen with a hollow book filled with bullets. Jesus knows that Rosita isn’t at the Hilltop to train the survivors there, and he tries to talk Sasha out of it. But she’s taking her chance – her only chance – no matter how slim it is.

Sasha’s pursuit is reminiscent of Merle’s all-out mission against the Governor, and it looks like it’s going turn out the same way. Nobody is expecting her to successfully bring down Negan on her own, and all signs point to Sasha coming up short and meeting her maker on “The Walking Dead” season 7 episode 14.

Speaking of Jesus, there is an on-going speculation that the enigmatic character is gay. Ever since his season 6 debut, he has gradually become a fan-favourite. Not only is Jesus a friendly guy, he’s also deadly skilled and uncannily smart.

But the question still remains, is Jesus gay? According to the actor portraying him, he is. Tom Payne previously revealed that his character is indeed due for a coming out party, but wasn’t exactly sure when.

“I can’t tell you how that might be addressed in the show or how it would come across, but yeah,” Payne told ComicBook. “Essentially, he is the same as he is in the comic books in that regard.”

It seems that fans won’t have to wait long for the big reveal as Jesus is reportedly set to come out on “The Walking Dead” season 7, episode 14. According to Cleveland, he and Maggie are going to have an emotional exchange where Jesus discloses his sexuality. And Maggie is going to take in what he says “with a smile.”
