The survivors are on the road after leaving Grady Memorial Hospital. In the "The Walking Dead" Season 5 second half, the characters are likely to encounter many new characters. Ross Marquand is ready to join AMC's zombie show "The Walking Dead."

According to Entertainment Weekly, the character played by Marquand will be introduced in one of the last eight episodes of "The Walking Dead" Season 5.

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the character will be series regular on the show for the fifth season and possibilities are that he will also be a part of Season 6.

Entertainment Weekly speculated that it is possible that Marquand's character can be Aaron. In Robert Kirkman's comic books, this character appeared in issue #67 for the first time.

Aaron encounters Rick and other survivors while they are heading towards Washington D.C. He asks them to join him and stay in the secure community called as Alexandria Safe-Zone. In the TV show version, Eugene revealed in the first half of "The Walking Dead" that whatever he claimed in the past was nothing but a lie.

Meanwhile, show creator Robert Kirkman hinted about the introduction of Aaron during the episode of "Talking Dead" that aired on Nov. 30, 2014. He mentioned that "a very prominent gay character from the comics" will become a part of "The Walking Dead" TV show.

Ross Marquand also played the character of Paul Newman in "Mad Men" episode - "The Flood." He was also the actor who played Han Solo in "Phineas and Ferb."
