The 22nd episode of “The Voice” season 9 “Live Top 10 Performances” aired on Monday on NBC. The lucky ten contenders of the show took part in a musical battle to secure a position in Top 9.

Celebrity coaches - Adam Levine, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams - mentored their respective team alums before their performances. The evening was made spectacular by Gwen’s performance on her new single “Used To Love You" live on "The Voice."

Here are the performances by the Top 10 hopefuls of “The Voice” Season 9

Team Gwen: Jeffery Austin, Braiden Sunshine, Korin Bukowski

Jeffery Austin was the first contender from Team Gwen to hop on stage. He performed “Jealous” by Labrinth and left the audience as well as the judges in awe. Next from Gwen’s team was Braiden Sunshine who performed “Radioactive” by Imagine Dragons. Braiden is the youngest contender on the show and thie performance helped prove that the singer is a complete package. Korin Bukowski gave a stellar performance on “Same Old Love” by Selena Gomez. Despite performing beautifully, Korin was in the bottom two in both the previous eliminations. She appeared to be experimenting with her voice this time to try luck.

Team Blake: Emily Ann Roberts, Zach Seabaugh, Barrett Baber

Team Blake’s contenders gave a tough time to Blake’s new girl Gwen as his contenders were in full force when they took the stage. Emily Ann Roberts from Blake’s brigade and delivered an emotional performance on “She’s Got You” by Patsy Cline. Next was Zach Seabaugh who performed “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” by Queen. The performance was loaded with confidence and Zach was lauded for it. Barrett Baber was the third contender from Blake’s team to perform on “The Voice” stage. He sang “I Love To Lay You Down” by Conway Twitty and Blake appreciated him by saying that his performance will feature in the charts on iTunes this week.

Team Adam: Shelby Brown, Amy Vachal, Jordan Smith

Shelby Brown from Team Adam took the stage to perform “Go Rest High On That Mountain” by Vince Gill. Everyone present in the studio appeared to be smitten by the country singer’s performance. Next from the troop was Amy Vachal who performed the upbeat contemporary number “Bye, Bye, Bye” by NSYNC. Her performance was appreciated by the judges. Jordan Smith was the third contender to perform on 22nd episode of “The Voice” season 9. He sang “Hallelujah” by Leonard Cohen. Jordan is amongst the best contestants of the show and is here to stay for sure.

Team Pharrell: Madi Davis

Madi Davis performed the peppy number “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” by Cyndi Lauper. The young singer made a promising start on the show but now appears slightly toned down amidst the mavericks of the show.
