"The Voice" has finally revealed the name of its Season 7 finalists. The results were based on performances delivered by top 5 contestants on Monday night's episode. However, due to a newly introduced wildcard twist, NBC's popular reality singing competition will see four artists competing in Live Finals next week. Meanwhile, the wildcard spot is yet to be decided on the basis of performances delivered by every top 12 eliminated artists that took place on Tuesday night episode. "The Voice" Season 7 Semifinals Results/Elimination Recap [Spoilers]

The show kicked off with the announcement of results. Three out of top 5 are advancing to the Live Finale. The contestants who will be battling out in the finals are Team Blake contestant Craig Wayne Boyd and Team Adam contestants Matt McAndrew and Chris Jamison. The three of them successfully earned iTunes bonus multiplier for their last night's performances. Boyd's "The Old Rugged Cross" reached second position on iTunes 200 Singles chart. As for Team Adam, McAndrew's "Make it Rain" reached fifth position and Jamison's "When I Was Your Man" and "Sugar" went up to positions sixth and tenth on the songs charts, respectively.

Following the revelation of Top 3, the show moved forward with the performances of those who are competing for the fourth spot. Team Blake artists Reagan James sang "Put Your Records On." She was followed by the next artist from the team Jessie Pitts. Jessie performed the cover of "Zombie."

Artists from Team Gwen took the stage one after the other. Ryan Sill performed "Marry Me" and Anita Antoinette sang "Waiting on the World to Change." After his elimination from Top 5, Taylor John Williams joined the camp for one last chance to stay in the finals He performed "Wicked Game."

From Team Adam, the only artists who qualified to battle it out for the fourth spot in the finals is Damien. He sang the cover of "Grenade."

Contestants from Pharrell Williams returned to the stage to deliver their wildcard performances and bring back their coach in the game once again. Sugar Joans performed the cover of "Back to Black." Luke Wade sang "Have a Little Faith in Me" and DaNica Shirey performed "Without You." As per the announcement made on the show, the voting lines for wildcard entry is open till 3:00 am ET and the results will be declared by the host Carson Daly on Dec. 10 episode of "Today Show."
