In the last-aired episode, "The Voice" Season 7 (2014) revealed its top five performers after a shocking triple elimination. Last week, fans enjoyed the Quarterfinals round that featured some scintillating performances by the top 8 contestants. Based on viewers' votes and iTunes rankings, the eliminations were conducted, which bid goodbye to the team of Coach Pharrell Williams.

Following the results, Team Adam is leading with three remaining contestants in the competition. Coach Gwen and Blake both have one contestant each remaining in their teams.

"The Voice" Season 7 (2014) semifinals kickstarts on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, where the top 5 will perform live in Week 5 of Live Shows. Those who made it through are:

Team Adam: Damien, Chris Jamison and Matt McAndrew

Team Blake: Craig Wayne Boyd

Team Gwen: Taylor John Williams

These artists will deliver two performances each in Week 5 Live Shows. One of the rounds will feature performances of the songs chosen by the contestants' respective coach and the other round will see them perform a cover dedicated to those who have supported them. As per press release by the network on its official website, Coach Blake Shelton, who has won the most "The Voice" seasons, will be taking over the stage to perform his hit duet with country singer Ashley Monroe. The two will sing together "Lonely Tonight," a song from his latest album "Bringing Back the Sunshine."

Following the performance episode, the network will host the semifinals elimination episode with a twist. For the first time ever, there will be a wildcard entry. As per the brief description of the segment on NBC's website, Finale Wildcard will allow the "past nine most recently eliminated artists" to perform to qualify straight for the Live Finals. Also, the segment will conduct eliminations and send two out of the top 5 home.

Who do you think would make it to the Live Finals? "The Voice" Season 7 (2014) Semifinals (Week 5 Live Shows) airs Monday, Dec. 8 and Tuesday, Dec. 9 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. For more spoilers, read below:
