A feud is brewing between Miley Cyrus and veteran “The Voice” coach Adam Levin due to the pop star’s “can’t be tamed” persona.

Even before “The Voice” airs on Sep. 19, sources close to the production of NBC’s hit singing reality show claimed that this season is already “packed with drama.”

Radar Online cited sources who claimed that the 37-year-old “Moves Like Jagger” hit-maker “cannot stand the 23-year-old “Wrecking Ball” singer.

“Adam and Miley are at each other’s throats this season and Adam acts like he cannot stand her,” a source close to production told Radar Online.

Levine notoriously had conflicts with other “The Voice” coaches but his beef with Cyrus is totally different.

“Miley showed up like she owned the place and Adam seems just really tired of her interjecting every single time he is speaking!” the insider added.

In a YouTube video where “The Voice” coaches shared their first impression about each other, Cyrus admitted, “I really like to drive Adam crazy.”

For his part, Levin said, “There’s no body like Miley Cyrus. She is a one-off, wild crazy, spunky maniac. There’s only one person that could be her. She’s just incredibly unique and unafraid to change and I applaud that.”

Aside from Cyrus and Levine, 15-time Grammy Award-winner Alicia Keys and American country music singer-songwriter Blake Shelton sit in the panel of “The Voice” coaches. Cyrus and Keys are this year’s newbie coaches replacing Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera.

The Blind Auditions for “The Voice” season 11 kicked off on Aug. 21 but NBC will air its maiden episode on Sep. 19. “The Voice Kids” season 11 airs on NBC Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. (ET)

Earlier, a group of “The Voice” fans launched a signature campaign to convince NBC to fire Cyrus from the talent show. (Read more: ‘The Voice’ fans ask NBC to fire Miley Cyrus)

Aside from “The Voice,” Cyrus is also playing a role on the upcoming television series “Crisis in Six Scenes,” which starts airing on Sep. 20.
