Virtual reality sex suit and newly released Japanese erotic game compatible with Oculus Rift

Virtual reality has been all about expanding the gaming experience for players. However, it has not been exempted from the realm of pornography even way before, especially when Pornhub had launched a free porn channel featuring VR. That experience is said to change the way porn can be presented, in that the viewers can now be protagonists instead of merely watching the show.

Now, this is followed up with a mix of gaming and porn by way of a virtual reality sex suit. As odd as the name of the new contraption sounds, it does what it is supposed to—it will provide a full-body experience for VR, when paired with VR headset Oculus Rift and Tenga, a masturbation aid known in Japan.

The sex suit is being developed as the Illusion VR body suit, RT reported, and its main goal is to counter the prostitution industry in Japan. It is also aimed for men who are not willing to engage in physical contact, as is becoming an issue in the country as well.

The suit looks is paired with a VR headset, where users can enjoy an erotic game of various titles. According to the sources, these games are “Real Girlfriend” and “Love Girl,” which are sold exclusively in Japan. The suit is even compatible with a pair of artificial breasts that can be fondled.

The sex suit alone is said to costs US$400 (approx. AU$530). As mentioned, the games and the actual suit are only sold in Japan

There’s another erotic game that’s been developed in Japan. According to Fortune, Japanese studio ImagineVR has just released a new adult game that’s compatible with the Oculus Rift. Titled “BeacHouSeX,” the game is the first ero game for the Japanese VR market. Considering that there is a demand for the adult video game market, it looks like this won’t be the last.

“We want to make a statement that adult content can be made with quality graphics and storylines, while respecting the player,” said Citor3 CEO Jari Vuorosto to Fortune. Citor3 is already developing another adult game, titled “FemDomination.” Its market is of a different genre, ones who will be placed into submissive roles with different dominant virtual female characters. This is slated to release in spring this year.
