While she is busy with motherhood and her work as a model, Miranda Kerr still finds time to prepare food at home. Recently, the Victoria’s Secret model shared the recipe of her favourite salad.

“I care about nutrients, but I don’t care about calories,” Kerr told Vogue about the preparation of her meals. She adds that she believes in the good fats.

Talking about her salad recipe, Kerr said she puts a lot in her favourite salad and chops it really finely to make sure it tastes really good. Among the ingredients are avocado, beetroot, feta cheese, radish and sunflower seeds with apple cider vinegar, fresh lemon and macadamia nut oil for a dressing.

According to Kerr, who is currently dating Snapchat co-founder and CEO Evan Spiegel, her salad has to be nutrient dense. This is why she makes sure that her salad also has kale and spinach and not only iceberg, which does not have any nutrients.

Known as the first Australian model to take part in the Victoria's Secret campaign, Kerr has also written a self-help book. She has launched her own brand of organic skincare products called KORA Organics.

Meanwhile, weeks after Halloween, Kerr was spotted at SIX:02 in Santa Monica, California, to attend a Reebok event. During the event, the Victoria’s secret model talked about Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom, her son with her former husband Orlando Bloom.

In an interview with People, Kerr said Flynn loves Halloween and he gets very excited about holidays. She said her son is looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas and his birthday.

Kerr gave birth to Flynn on Jan. 6, 2011. In October 2013, she and Orlando announced that they had broken up.

On Flynns’s fifth birthday party, the Victoria’s Secret model plans to invite her son’s friends and have lots of balloons, and for the theme of Flynn’s birthday, she is considering a train set, which she said her son is really into.
