Its very rare that Victoria Beckham and her husband David Beckham get into public display of affection, but the couple looked so much in love and posed romantically at the 2014 British Fashion Awards in London on Monday night. Victoria and David's PDA was quite obvious when the former member of the Spice Girls posed for photos by keeping her head on David's shoulders. She also held his hand affectionately at the event.

The 40-year-old fashion designer called herself a "pain in the bottom" and was in tears as she was given the award for Brand of the Year at the gala event. She also thanked her parents and footballer husband in her speech. "David, you inspire me every day. You support me. You make this possible. I adore you and my children. Any my parents, you love me unconditionally—and I know I am a pain in the bottom," said Victoria at the event, according to Daily Mail.

Apart from thanking her husband, Posh Spice credited her business partner Simon Fuller for her success. What's more, the singer-turned-fashion designer made it a point to thank her fellow former Spice Girls, too!

"We've come a long way since the Spice Girl dressing room days," Victoria said during the acceptance speech, according to Mirror. The former pop star said she fails to understand how her fellow Spice Girls Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Mel C and Emma Bunton tolerated and supported her.

For her special night, Victoria was seen dressed up in a floor-length black-and-white pleated skirt and a baggy black backless top. The mother of four tucked her hair at the back in a messy bun and looked both sophisticated and smart at the same time. The actress completed the look by hanging a golden chain at her waist line. Her husband David Beckham looked stylish in a formal black suit by Dior. The footballer wore a small red badge on his coat showing his support for AIDS.

The Beckhams had a tough time over the weekend when David and his eldest son Brooklyn were involved in a car crash. The retired soccer star was on his way to pick up his son from football training when a woman in her Mitsubishi crashed into his Audi in London on Saturday. Father and son remained unhurt after the accident, but the car was damaged badly, says Mirror.
