Victoria Beckham is worrying her fans with her size-zero figure. Fans believe that she is sick and took to Twitter to express their worries.

Daily Star UK reports that fans of the former Spice Girls member-turned- designer believe her thinness is not a cause for praise or adoration. Rather, they believe that Victoria might be suffering from some illness. David Beckham’s wife, 40, appeared at the Alexander McQueen Savage Beauty gala in London and set tongues wagging.

Many used their Twitter accounts to criticise her appearance. One user said she looks “deathly thin.” The user also claims her makeup was zombie-like and she had terrible cleavage. One user claimed that they worry what other young women would do if they believe Victoria’s body is the norm.

Victoria’s camp did not respond to a request for comment on her new look. In a related news, Hello magazine reported that the mother of four unfortunately did not get to spend Mother’s Day with her children because she is currently in Hong Kong. However, her children made sure she felt the love on the special day by sending her no fewer than four greeting cards, through snail mail. "Mum, everything I know about being amazing I learnt from you! Don't tell dad," read one card. Another card described Victoria as the "prettiest mummy." Victoria was so touched she captured these cards and posted it on her Twitter with a caption expressing how much she missed her kids.

Victoria went to Hong Kong to participate in the amfAR fundraising gala. She was so excited for the trip that she shared several of her packing essentials using her social media just before she flew. She also shared the preparations she did for her hair and makeup before the gala. She also posted a picture of her full formal attire during the party -- an elegant white number that showed off her slim figure. The dress came with high neck and tasteful cut-outs. The dress is part of her own collection. The gala was star-studded. Aside from Victoria, other A-list celebrities present on the red carpet were Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell.
