Victoria Beckham for the Sake of Fashion: 'You’ll never see me on the street in a tracksuit or Ugg boots'

Victoria Beckham has transformed herself into a fashion icon and now she swears that she will not be seen on the street unfashionably dressed in a tracksuit and Ugg boots.

From being deemed one of the most fashionable ladies of today, she evolves into a fashion designer, dressing A-list stars like Cameron Diaz and Eva Longoria.

Even if other celebrities do sometimes let go of the couture gowns and tailored dresses, Victoria refuses to conform. The former Posh Spice revealed that she will never be seen on the street on a tracksuit. She also restricted herself to wearing Ugg boots in public, at least anywhere other than her home.

In her interview for the French magazine "Madame Figaro" for this month, she again reinstated how much she loves fashion.

"You'll never see me on the street in a tracksuit. I just love fashion too much to wear a tracksuit! The same goes for Ugg boots. I only wear them only at home," Beckham said.

Victoria did two covers for the magazine. On the first one, she wore a Prada Spring 2012 collection in a flower patterned bodysuit. While on the second cover, she donned a black halter leather dress by Alexander Wang. In her interview, the 37-year-old also discussed some of her fashion favorites.

"I'm addicted to Prada, to cardigans and bags Hermes," she said. "I'd love to see the world through the eyes of Miuccia Prada! The woman is a genius. Her vision is of ultra-intelligent fashion. Each season, she creates something new, she knows how to surprise."

David Beckham's wife also praised Kate Bosworth and Clemence Poesy on their fashion tastes while expressing her desire to dress Tilda Swinton.

On her downtime, when the kids are in bed, Victoria said she spends countless hours shopping online.

"I am a big fan of Net-A-Porter.com. When the kids are asleep, I can travel on this site for several hours. I like the idea of quietly shopping at home for clothes and returning them if it don't work. This is absolute freedom," Victoria reveals.
