Vera Farmiga, Emmy Award nominee for her role in "Bates Motel," has a lot on her plate at the moment. Aside from her television series, the Outstanding Lead Actress nominee also has "The Conjuring," to attend to.

Long, tiered gowns or tea-length cocktail dresses make up Vera Farmiga's red carpet style. It will be a surprise to see what the talented 39-year-old will wear at the Primetime Emmy Awards come September, especially after her best dressed Viktor & Rolf moment at the red carpet premiere of "The Conjuring."

Before Vera appeared as Lorraine Warren in the horror movie, she was also in the nail-biting thriller "Orphan." At the movie's premiere in 2009, Vera rocked the red carpet in a white Versace gown with a playful heart accent. It was a classic, strapless gown with a bit of an edge.

In 2010, Vera Farmiga was nominated for an Oscar for her role in "Up in the Air." She took a big risk at the awards show, wearing a magenta Marchesa confection with a cascade of pleated ruffles throughout its length. It was unexpected, exuberant, and showed an adventurous side to Vera Farmiga's red carpet style.

Vera Farmiga and Freddie Highmore premiered their show "Bates Motel" in March 2013. She looked radiant in a belted, white Carolina Herrera dress with beautiful gold embroidery. Vera's hair and makeup were also flawless.

Vera Farmiga's best red carpet gown was also her most recent one. At the premiere of the James Wan film "The Conjuring" she looked fabulous in a dark, printed skirt Viktor & Rolf gown. It had texture and drama and Vera looked fantastic in it.

Whichever it may be, long and dramatic, or short and fitted, Vera Farmiga's Emmys dress will surely be memorable.
