‘Uncharted 4’ limited edition PS4 bundle, Nathan Drake action figure announced

A new PS4 limited edition console is coming, and this time, it’s meant for the highly-anticipated title for Sony’s next-gen console. The “Uncharted 4” limited edition PS4 features the bluish gray colour, with an image of Nathan Drake.

Announced over the official PlayStation Blog, the new console will be coming out on the same day as “Uncharted 4,” which is on April 26. The Gray Blue PS4 console is a 500GB model with a matching DualShock 4 controller. Of course, a copy of “Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End” is included in the bundle.

Since there is still time between now and the actual release of the “Uncharted 4” PS4 bundle, Sony is also offering a preorder bonus for the bundle. It will come with a voucher for the “Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune” outfit, golden weapon skin and some Uncharted Points that can be used in the multiplayer mode. The “Uncharted 4” PS4 bundle will be available at US$399.99 (approx. AU$555.73). Those who want another DualShock 4 controller or have a Gray Blue version can get it separately starting March at US$64.99 (approx. AU$90).

As another bonus, there is also a Gray Blue wireless headset, also coming out sometime in March. This is the limited edition version, set for sale at US$99.99 (approx. AU$139). This will match the “Uncharted 4” PS4 console and DualShock 4 perfectly. Sony added that there’s even a software mode that has been customised for “Uncharted 4” audio mode, available via the Headset Companion app. A launch trailer, seen below, shows the limited edition PS4 console in the wild world of the game.

“Uncharted 4” fans who also love figurines should jump at the chance of getting one from NECA, a toy company. According to GameSpot, the company has already provided the first look at Nathan Drake’s new action figure.

The toy will come later than the game’s release date. In the available image, Drake’s outfit is fashion after “Uncharted 4,” complete with gun holsters and guns. He even has two interchangeable looks, the slight smolder-stare and a grimacing look. The Nathan Drake figurine will be at seven inches, bearing 3 areas of articulation.
