After HTC announced on Monday a new dual-SIM smartphone called HTC Desire SV (aka Magni) which is a low budget gadget, Samsung leaked the next day a new affordable smartphone which also has dual-SIM functionality. The device is dubbed as Star Deluxe Duos S5292 and reportedly scheduled for launching in December 2011 in emerging markets.

Samsung has released several budgets devices like Galaxy Gio, Fit, Duos, and Pop/Mini, and this is one should be an addition to that list of budget-oriented mobile devices powered by Android.

Though some information including images was leaked, these specifications are not completely confirmed.

Samsung continues to challenge Apple's supremacy in the smartphone market by grabbing the leadership in sales and logging about $7.3 billion in operating profits for Q3 2012. Samsung's SIII sold more than 20 million units globally on the first 100 days of availability. As a result, Samsung smartphones now account for almost one-third of the global smartphone marketplace with a total shipment of 176 million units shipped by Q2 2012.
