Un Muayad, (L) a Ramadi resident fighting alongside tribal fighters, fires her rifle during clashes with the al Qaeda-linked Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in Ramadi May 19, 2014. Muayad has been fighting against the Al-Qaeda branch since the beginning of the uprising in her city, where a relative of her husband was killed by the ISIL. More than 420,000 people have already escaped the two main cities of western Anbar province, Falluja and Ramadi, in fighting since the start of the year. Residents say the new pounding of Falluja's residential neighbourhoods appears aimed at driving out all remaining civilians in preparation for an all-out assault to defeat armed groups once and for all. She appears in Twitter, displaying a selfie in a white lab coat but in complete burqua, holding a severed head. The 21-year-old says that she is a doctor that has joined a terrorist gang in their hideout in Raqqa, Syria, according to News.com.

Her Twitter name is Mujahidah Bint Usama, which signals her jihadi leanings. 'Mujahidah' is obviously the female version of mujahadid, translated into "soldier of God." Bint means 'child of', and Usama is thought to be linked to Osama Bin Laden. The photo is added to her profile picture with a message that chillingly goes: "Dream job, a terrorist doc." She has posted a smiley face and love hearts with it.

A British medical student, she had emigrated from Britain to join the Islamic State. There is another quote from Anwar al-Awlaki, an Al-Qaeda terrorist: "Running away from Jihād will not save you from death. You can die as a coward or you can die as a martyr." To the left of her image, there are two children. This social media image with a beheaded soldier was posted after British aid worker David Haines was beheaded. After that, the post has been taken off from Twitter.

She has more than 800 followers on her Twitter site, and her updates are equally gory. She has posted a number of images of the WTC 9/11 attacks as well as soldiers who have been mutilated, including U.S. journalist, Steven Sotloff, who was murdered by ISIS earlier. She has other messages extolling Anwar al-Awlaki, a Yemeni preacher-turned-Al-Quaeda spokesman, who has brought many western jihadis into his flock. She also praises women who are driving their men to fight for Islam.

She has been associated with the Twitter account to the al-Khanssaa brigade. It is an all-woman gang that has been set up by the Islamic State in Raqqa, headed by Aqsa Mahmood, 20. They patrol and control un-Islamic behaviour among the city's women. Almost 60 British women are said to have joined ISIS, including Zahra Halane, 16, who fled UK with her twin sister.

Some of the women were running brothels which had almost 3,000 women and girls from the Yazidi tribe in Iraq. The Middle East Media Research Institution (MEMRI) says that IS had taken many Yazidi women to be "used as sex slaves," according to Daily Mail.

GCHQ and MI5 , British intelligence services, are probing the accounts of 60 British women, who are said to live in Raqqa. They are said to be putting together their pictures and trying to locate them.
