I want to dedicate this award to Cory," Michele, 26, told the crowd at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. "For all of you out there who loved Cory as much as I did -- I promise you we'll get through this together. Ashton Kutcher Acceptance Speech - Teen Choice Awards 201

When Ashton Kutcher won the Ultimate Choice Award -- the "old guy" award, as he said -- at Sunday night's Teen Choice Awards, the 35-year-old star told his fans that he felt like a fraud

Whatever the reason, Kutcher took this opportunity first to come clean about something that's been making him "feel like a fraud" for the past 16 years - "Ashton is my middle name. My first name's Chris." GASP!! - and then to share three important things he learned back when he was still known as Chris.

"The first thing is about opportunity," Kutcher began. The second thing is about being sexy." [Pause for squeals] "And the third thing is about living life."

It's all sound advice, particularly the first bit. "I believe that opportunity looks a lot like hard work," Kutcher said, before describing all the menial jobs he had before striking it famous - including deli worker and Cheerio-dust-sweeper-upper.

"I've never had a job in my life that I was better than. I was always just lucky to have a job," he continued. "And every job I had was a stepping stone to my next job. And I never quit my job until I had my next job."

Kutcher went on to reveal "the sexiest thing in the entire world" - surprise, it's "being really smart"! - and crib a few words of inspiration from Jobs himself: "Life can be a lot broader," he said, "when you realize one simple thing - and that is that everything around us that we call life was made up by people that are no smarter than you. And you can build your own thing. You can build your own life."

Seems like something that Kutcher's idol would be proud to hear repeated. As reported by popwatch.ew.com

Harry Styles twerking, obviously.

And as if that's not enough pressure the Queen of twerk, a certain Miley Cyrus, was also knocking about, taking notes and probably trying to learn a trick or two.

Within seconds of the husky 1D singer giving his version of the dance craze #HarryDroppedThatThunThunThun was trending worldwide on Twitter.

Shortly after, Harry, 19, wrote on Twitter:

Harry Styles ✔ @Harry_Styles

Note to self. Don't 'twerk'.
