Twelve South released HiRise Apple Watch Stand in Australia and New Zealand

Twelve South, an exclusive accessory designer for Apple products, announced the availability of the HiRise stand for the Apple Watch in Australia and New Zealand. The metallic charging stand is specially designed to display, protect and easily charge the Apple Watch.

“HiRise makes overnight charging routine by providing a fixture that is far easier -- and habit-forming -- than a charging cable that falls to the floor and requires fumbling with at night. The easier and more convenient the charging stand, the better”, said Andrew Green, Creative Director of Twelve South in a press note.

The modern, slightly slanted display stand has silicone pads and a soft leather landing pad at the back to protect the Apple Watch and its band. The Twelve South HiRise is designed to conveniently place and remove the timepiece, reports Gizmodo Australia.

It works with the magnetic charging cable of the Watch. The Watch can be easily hosted on the HiRise stand and the handy cable tray hides the extra cables at the back and gives it a tidy look.

The HiRise for Apple Watch is now available in Silver and Black in Australia at AU$69.99 and comes with a price tag of NZ$79.99 in New Zealand. The elegant and sturdy stand will be available with major retailers in Australia, including Myer, Beezer and Modlifeonline. Online retail stores Ubertec, Yoobee and MightyApe will also sell the product.
