Rapper Willie Maxwell, 25, who is professionally known as Fetty Wap, has three songs topping the charts currently- “Trap Queen,” “My Way” and “679.” This has made him match the previous records set by Eminem, 42, and Lil Wayne, 32.

With “Trap Queen” at number six and “My Way” at number seven on Billboard Hot 100 for the week ending Aug. 8, Wap became the first lead male rapper to have two top 10 singles at the same time on the chart since Sept. 3, 2011, when Wayne achieved the same feet with his songs “She Will,” featuring Drake, and “How To Love,” according to Billboard.

Drake also had two top 10 singles at the same time on the chart on April 6, 2013 with "Started From the Bottom" and "Love Me." However, he was only a featured artist in the latter song, which was from Wayne’s 10th studio album “I Am Not a Human Being II.”

Featuring Remy Boyz, “679” is currently at number 18 on the chart, making Wap the first rapper with three top 20 songs at the same time on the chart since Nov. 23, 2013, when Eminem achieved the same milestone with his songs “Rap God,” “Berzerk” and “The Monster” featuring Rihanna.

Leading the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the week ending Aug. 8 is “Cheerleader” by OMI, followed by “Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weekend at number two and “Watch Me” by Silento at number three. Collaboration songs “Bad Blood” by Taylor Swift, featuring Kendrick Lamar and “See You Again” by Wiz Khlaifa, featuring Charlie Puth, are at numbers four and five, respectively.

While Wap is enjoying his new milestones, Kansas City Royals players randomly mentioned the numbers 17 and 38 -- lyrics 1738 appear at the beginning of "Trap Queen" -- in their recent interviews, Kansas City Star has learned.

It turns out that any Kansas City Royals player who fails to drop "1738" in post-game interviews will have to face punishment. Among those who dropped the numbers from the “Trap Queen” lyrics are Mike Moustakas and Lorenzo Cain, who has adopted Wap’s hit single as his walk-up song.
