Justin Gelband is the latest big name to surface in the fitness industry. If his name is unfamiliar, pergaps the names of his clients like international pop star Taylor Swift and Victoria's Secret models Karlie Kloss and Candice Swanepoel might ring a bell. Gelband trains these superstars and he's sharing some of his health tips, training secrets and the occasional anecdote about his celebrity clients.

Taylor Swift grew up from being a lanky teenager into a young woman in front of the world's eyes and she is one of Gelband's most famous clients. He works from his fitness syudio in New York City called modelFIT and he told E News that Taylor is a client that he truly admires. He called the singer a perfectionist even though she knows she isn't perfect. He says that Taylor has even inspired him to become better at what he does.

Still speaking about singers, Gelband shares that working with someone who needs to look good on stage while singing and dancing needs some extra work on cardiovascular training. The strength condition that is needed to sing and dane well for extended periods is something that he likes to focus on.

Speaking of singers, Jennifer Lopez and her famous booty is also a client of modelFIT. Gelband says that achieving the sculpted backsides that his clients are famous for depends on a lot of factors. He says that individualised programs need to be made per client.

When it comes to working with models he shared that Karlie Kloss trained with him until 2am the night before the latest Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. He says that with models he encourages them to think more of their audience rather than to think about the other models they are working with. He says that self-esteem, discipline and motivation are the things that he uses to inspire his clients. He also says that he does not believe in depriving his clients which means that cards in moderation are allowed. Even burgers and pizza isn't banned but he tries to check what kinds of food are good for his clients depending on their blood type. Finally, he said that he goes by the three M's or movement, motivation and moderation. Moderation in food intake and nutrition is crucial but also staying motivated is a big factor in staying fit. He also said that having some kind of movement in a person's daily routing will largely increase the chances of getting fit and staying fit.
