A downside on this portable PC is on its case which is not too easy to open. Surprisingly, Toshiba has built in good sounding speakers which provide rather good quality sound coming from a fairly cheap laptop.

According to Tech Aeris, the Toshiba Chromebook 2 is not a gaming laptop and it is not built to support hard core photo and video editing as well. The Best Budget Chromebook

The 11-inch Asus C200 or the13-inch Asus C300 are priced at US$250. These Asus laptops do not perform as well compared to Toshiba's or Acer's. But with its keyboards which are good enough for typing tasks, its 720p screens which are fine enough for viewing , batteries which are at par with that of Acer's and the two having modern slick designs, consumers will find the laptops' prices very affordable given its specs.
