Sixteen-year-old Jessica Sanchez is one of the Final Three contestants on American Idol Season 11 and here are her best performances.

Four weeks ago, she almost went home after singing Jazmine Sullivan's "Stuttering." Singing this relatively obscure song sent her to the bottom three for the first time as Sanchez got the lowest number of votes. The judges used their one and only 'Save' for the season, and the young teen from San Diego, California never landed in the bottom three again.

On Jessica's Q&A in the American Idol website, Jessica mentioned several artists who influence her style in music. Beyonce, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston are some of her personal idols, and Jennifer Hudson is her favorite AI contestant.

During the semi-finals in the female group, she covered Hudson's "Love You I Do" from the film Dreamgirls. She got her first standing ovation from the judges for her first live performance on the Idol stage.

On the first night of the finals (Top 13), Jessica wowed everyone with her soulful rendition of Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You." The week after that, the judges went a little cold for her "Turn the Beat Around" cover.

Still, voters kept her away from the bottom three until the Top 7 was revealed. The week after getting saved by the judges, Jessica was back in her element with Alicia Keys' "Fallin."

In the last four weeks of the competition, Idol contestants delivered two major performances each. Jessica would always have one song nailed until she earned a spot in the Final Three.
