New features are coming out for "Titanfall" for all of its platforms, and developer Respawn Entertainment has detailed the upcoming Game Update Six that will bring one very interesting feature: the no-Titans mode.

The Pilot Skirmish, a new featured "Titanfall" game mode, will be an 8v8 mode that will take out the Ais and the Titans from the equation. However, according to Respawn, this game mode has a larger player size compared to other game modes, so Pilot Skirmish will not be on the list when choosing Variety Pack playlist.

Because of the popularity for Marked for Death as a game mode, it has been upgraded to a permanent game mode in the playlist. The Game Update Six will also bring in more options, protanopia, deuteranopia and trianopia or the colourblind options for Titan Pilots.

Those who have enjoyed the Black Market will now be able to buy Burn Cards from a limited stock, though these are still in short supply. Speaking of Burn Cards, there is also the newly introduced Roll the Dice, an ultra-rare Burn Card that allows you to tap from your Burn Card deck while in a match.

The "Titanfall" update will also feature a couple of improvements and optimisations, including new icons, new voiceovers and better matchmaking process, among others..

Even though the Game Update Six is now dated and upcoming, the developers may not be able to keep up giving more content at a regular basis, according to Load the Game. Respawn has already rolled out two DLC packs with one more, IMC Rising, scheduled sometime this year.

But it seems that the free content post-launch does have to slow down and eventually stop sometime, and this seems to be in a possibility in the near future for the developers. The source also states that while support for "Titanfall" is still expected to run, the developers are also busy with other projects that they need to attend to.

"We do have some plans to release some more free content, we've got some cool new modes on the way. But at a certain point, we are going to have to wind down so we can move on and do other things," said Abbie Heppe, community manager for 'Titanfall' as quoted by Load the Game.

While Respawn has not yet given details on what it is planning to do next for a project, there have been speculations of a possible sequel to "Titanfall" though most of them are unfounded rumours that are still not yet confirmed by the developers.
