Almost every time, a person notices one's physical appearance than inner beauty. Former professional football quarterback Tim Tebow has said that he wants to be valued for what is in his heart rather than his visible qualities.

On Nov. 19, Tebow was named as one of People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive. Tebow told the magazine that physical appearance matters, but so do the non-physical features too. He said that he wants to look good but nothing is more appealing and impressive than what makes up his character.

"More than the outer shell, I want people to want to be around me for my heart," Tebow told People. "To me, it's especially important to have a heart for kids who are hurting," he added.

The 27-year-old said that being able to bring good things and positive consequences in life is one deed that people should do. He thinks it is sexy when people make a difference.

On the topic of settling down, Tebow said that he is amenable to the idea of having a romantic relationship with the right girl. However, he believes that if he ever gets into a relationship, it has to be created on the foundation of deeper and more in-depth factors. While it is important to look attractive to other people, a wonderful personality is also equally important. Tebow said he has always been attracted to girls with big hearts more than the looks.

Right now, Tebow is single, but he is also on the lookout for the right girl. He said that his future girlfriend or wife should have the same passion as his. Tebow wants her woman to be able to do good things for other people without expecting anything in return

Tebow stays true for what he believes. He runs a foundation called Tim Tebow Foundation established in January 2010. The foundation aims to "bring faith, hope, and love to those needing a brighter day in their darkest hour of need."

The Tim Tebow Foundation has also teamed up with CURE, a non-profit Christian organisation based in Pennsylvania, to build hospitals in the Philippines, where Tebow was born. The construction of the Tebow Cure Hospital started in November 2012 in the southern.
