Tyler Posey has revealed some “Teen Wolf” Season 5B spoilers. In particular, the actor shared what is next for his character Scott McCall, who has dealt with several enemies, has died and has come back to life in the previous season.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Posey said Scott McCall is emotionally on the mend at this point. He added that the teenage werewolf needs to literally and metaphorically take a look in the mirror and acknowledge that he has hit rock bottom, he has nothing left to lose and he is alive.

According to Posey, Scott McCall’s outlook on life is now more grown-up and he has “this dark wisdom,” which the actor said is the reason why he loves playing the character. He also described the character as a very good leader who simply wants to save people.

For Posey, Scott McCall is still the True Alpha so he needs to “come back and make his rise,” which is a relatable thing for everyone. The actor revealed that he himself has experienced being at a very low point and all he has left is to pick himself up and move on.

Posey revealed that Scott McCall will be affected by his death physically and mentally. The actor refused to reveal the physical effects but in terms of the mental effects, he pointed out that his character will carry the weight of accepting that he is going to die in the entire “Teen Wolf” Season 5B and for the rest of his life.

In “Teen Wolf” Season 5B, Scott McCall’s primary focus is getting his pack together because they were all separated from him in the previous season, according to Posey. However, the actor explained that it is necessary for Stiles Stilinski (Dylan O’Brien) to get healthy before Scott McCall starts regrouping his pack.

In another interview with The Wrap, Posey said “Teen Wolf” Season 5B will return to the lighter tone of the first season. He also revealed that a new villain will force Scott McCall to reunite his pack.
