Sylvester Stallone didn’t hold back his true feeling for Bruce Willis. The Rocky star announced on Twitter that the Die Hard actor will not be joining him on the third Expendables film anymore, and he’s extremely happy about it.

“WILLIS OUT... HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!” Sly tweeted Wednesday.

He’s not done yet. He added another scathing attack at the other action star.

“GREEDY AND LAZY ...... A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE”

And just in case there’s any doubt as to who he was targeting, his representative confirmed to HuffPost Entertainment that the tweet was indeed referring to Willis.

It wasn’t clear what Sly’s beef with Willis was all about. His rep did not add any more comments.

But he isn’t alone in his hatred for Willis. Director Kevin Smith also didn’t have nice words about Willis after working with him in the comedy Cop Out in 2010.

He publicly called the actor “undirectable, “f****** d***,” and “the unhappiest, most bitter and meanest b**** I’ve ever met at any job I’ve job.”

Smith added that working with Willis was “soul crushing,” and that the actor refused to take direction from him and even purposely tried to ruin the production.

Willis didn’t respond to Smith’s public bashing immediately, but he had some tough words for the filmmaker as well.

“Poor Kevin. He’s just a whiner, you know? We had some personal issues about how we approached work,” he told Time Out in February 2013. “I don’t have an answer for him. I’m never going to call him out and lay him out in public. Sometimes you just don’t get along.”

As Stallone said, Willis, who made a cameo on The Expendables and co-starred on The Expendables 2, will not be on the third film. Instead, he was replaced by Indiana Jones star Harrison Ford on the action sequel.

Production on the film is set to begin August, with its target release date in August 2014. Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes, Mel Gibson, and Milla Jovovich are also expected to join the cast.

Willis wasn’t always the most enthusiastic interviewee in Hollywood. Here’s an example of an awkward interview session with the 58-year-old film legend:
