"Survivor Worlds Apart," or "Survivor Season 30" aired its ninth episode titled "Livin' On the Edge" on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 from 8:00-9:30 p.m., ET/PT on CBS. 25-year-old Joe Anglim from Scottsdale, Arizona got voted out of the game. He also became the second jury member. Anglim stayed on the island for 24 days before being ousted by his tribemates. "Survivor" host Jeff Probst also snuffed out Anglim’s torch. Read on for the "Survivor Worlds Apart" recap.

After the eighth episode titled "Keep It Real," wherein Hali Ford got eliminated from the game and became the first jury member, Jenn lost her drive to continue playing for "Survivor Worlds Apart." Jenn actually wanted to get voted out by her Merica tribemates. But things aren’t always what they seem to be in this episode.

Reward Challenge: O-Black Water

Goal: The castaways were divided into two tribes with five members each. One at a time, the castaways had to race through some obstacle course in the water. After all the members reach the platform’s end, they must use a grappling hook to get several rings in the water. The first team to get all of the five rings won a sweet reward.

Prize: An afternoon eating chocolates including Twix, Snickers and M&M’s.

Winner: Dan, Mike, Sierra, Tyler and Shirin’s team

The losing team (Carolyn, Will, Rodney and Joe) decided to kill one of their chickens for some fried chicken meal. But Jenn wasn’t thrilled about her tribe killing one of her pet chickens. Jenn told Joe that she will give him the immunity necklace in case she wins the immunity challenge.

Immunity Challenge: “Keep On Your Toes”

Goal: The castaways needed to balance a block between their head and the top of a wooden frame that they were standing on. The last person with their block intact won immunity.

Winner: Tyler Fredrickson

Joe knows that he will be targeted because he didn’t win immunity this time around. Being a jewelry maker, he decided to fashion a fake immunity idol necklace to fool his tribemates. Unfortunately, his plan didn’t succeed because Mike stayed loyal to his alliance despite his deal with Joe.

Tribal Council: (5–4–1 Votes)

Eliminated: Joe Anglim

Merica Tribemates Who Voted For Joe To Be Eliminated From "Survivor"

1. Dan

2. Mike
