The Winchester hunters will cross paths again with a familiar female face in an upcoming episode of “Supernatural” Season 11. The latest spoiler reports on “Supernatural” Season 11 tease that actress Kim Rhodes is set to make a guest appearance as Sheriff Jody Mills in episode 12 of the CW TV series.

Entertainment Weekly (EW) exclusively reports that actress Kim Rhodes will be reprising the role of Sheriff Jody Mills in “Supernatural” Season 11, episode 12 titled “Don’t You Forget About Me.” Executive producer Jeremy Carver teased that Sheriff Mills has “a case fall a bit too close to home.”

At the moment, Sheriff Mills serves as a guardian to Alex from the vampire-themed episode of “Supernatural” Season 9, episode 19 titled “Alex Annie Alexis Ann” and Claire Novak, the daughter of Castiel’s vessel Jimmy Novak. Rhodes recently posted some messages on her Twitter account @kimrhodes4real to tease about her return in the CW TV series.

Sheriff Mills’ last appearance in “Supernatural” happened in the eighth episode of season 10 titled “Hibbing 911.” In the episode, Sheriff Mills met and worked with Sheriff Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster) during a sheriff's retreat in Hibbing, Minnesota.

“Supernatural has already brought back some familiar faces in the latest season. Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) helped Sheriff Donna Hanscum solve the case of a male ghost killer who possesses people wearing his costumes in “Supernatural” Season 11, episode 7 titled “Plush.”

Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) is another fan-favorite “Supernatural” character that returned in the eleventh season of the CW TV series. The mid-season finale has revealed that it was Lucifer who has been sending Sam the visions to make him go back to the cage in hell.

Lucifer has agreed to help the Winchesters with their problem involving Amara/The Darkness (Emily Swallow) but it comes with a price. Lucifer wants Sam to be his vessel again.

“Supernatural” Season 11 will return with episode 10 titled “The Devil in the Details” where Sam is still trapped inside the cage dealing with Lucifer on his own while Dean tries to figure out how to defeat Amara/The Darkness and break free from his strong connection to God’s sister because of the Mark of Cain. “Supernatural” Season 11, episode 10 is scheduled to air on Wednesday night, Jan. 20, at 9/8c on the CW Network.
