Christina Cole will be introduced as Harvey’s (Gabriel Macht) psychiatrist in the premiere episode of “Suits” Season 5. Cole has signed on to appear in a recurring role in the USA Network’s legal series.

As previously reported, “Suits” team was looking for an actress, in her late 30s to early 60s, to play the role of Harvey’s no-nonsense shrink. According to The Hollywood Reporter (THR), Cole’s character is called Dr Paula Agard, a Harvard-educated psychiatrist. She “specialises in high-end corporate consulting.” The report has described the character as a “perfect match” for Harvey. The two will be seen playing a game of “cat and mouse” throughout Season 5.

When “Suits” Season 5 returns on Wednesday, June 24, Donna will be seen working for Louis. In Season 4 finale, she quit her job as Harvey’s secretary and accepted Louis’ offer to become his secretary. Donna’s (Sarah Rafferty) exit from his life may finally make Harvey take the much needed step to deal with his old demons.

Donna and Harvey’s professional reunion is not going to happen soon. And after “Suits” Season 4 wrapped up, Aaron Korsh, creator of the series, told THR that Donna working for Louis could lay the foundation for Harvey and Donna’s romantic relationship or it could make Donna shed her feelings for Harvey and she may hook up with someone else.

“Suits” Season 4 finale also saw Mike (Patrick J. Adams) proposing to Rachel (Meghan Markle) and she accepting his proposal. Korsh has said that for this couple the new season will not be about their wedding preparation. They are not saying ‘I do’ any time soon. “Suits” writers will be introducing new issues in their relationship.

According to the official plot-line of “Suits” Season 5, “In the premiere, Pearson Specter Litt has scored a hard-fought victory, but the fight has left the firm shaken. Although she avoided jail time, Donna has left Harvey after more than a decade of working together. She is now working for his long-time rival Louis. And while Jessica readjusts to being single, Mike and Rachel are giddy after his marriage proposal.”
