Episode 10, "Stay," of USA Network's legal drama "Suits" was about three couples deciding to stay together. It began on the note of Ava's (Michelle Fairley) lawsuit against Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and his law firm, and ended on Louis (Rick Hoffman) finding that Mike never went to Harvard Law School.

Ava wants Harvey to pay for his actions as he was never sorry about how he handled her case. According to Ava, he is still not sorry about that. She knocks at his office doors and tells him that she is not there to deliver a fruit basket. "This is the result of your actions," Ava says to Harvey.

Ava also reveals to Harvey that she checked all the details on him before hiring him. And, she did the same thing when it came to hiring Travis Tanner (Eric Close) to go after him. Harvey had thought that Travis was the one who found out about Ava and sought her out to hire him. Harvey tells Ava: "Whatever I do is to win." Ava says that what Harvey did was to intimidate people and that is what backfired on to her.

Harvey's meeting with Travis ends with Harvey flicking a coin at the latter, telling that Travis will need the coin to call his mother and cry about his defeat. "Ava has no intention of letting you off the hook," Travis says to Harvey.

Scottie (Abigail Spencer) refuses Harvey's suggestion to to be disloyal to Darby (Conleth Hill) and quit his firm. Harvey also says sorry to her that he did not believe her. In the disposition, Travis goes after Scottie, and tries to throw mud on her character by bringing-up her relationship with Harvey. Later, he approaches Scottie and tells her to lie that Harvey knew about the murder, which Scottie refuses to do and tells him, she cannot betray Harvey, again.

At another round of disposition, Travis shows Jessica (Gina Torres), Harvey and Scottie an affidavit, signed by Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley), which says that Scottie knew about the murder. Harvey tells Scottie that it is affecting him that Travis is going after her and he cannot take it. Donna (Sarah Rafferty) knows how Harvey feels, without him telling her a word and that whatever Travis is saying is more brutal for Harvey.

Donna and Mike (Patrick J Adams) go to meet Stephen, and present themselves as his attorneys. Donna asks him to take back his affidavit, which he refuses to do that as his life is at stake. Stephen only has sorry to offer when Donna says, "if anything you ever said to me was true, please don't do this." Every conversation in that particular room is recorded and thus they get the proof to prove Scottie's evidence.

It is Ava's disposition and Harvey is not letting her off the hook, easily as he brings-up her habit of bribing people to get out of a situation. He tells Ava, "you can come with us or we can come at you. I don't want that. You wanted to know if I'm sorry. I'm sorry that I didn't listen to you. I'm sorry that I didn't believe you. I'm sorry that my History with Cameron put a target on your back. But, I'm not sorry that I did everything in my power to help you, every chance I got."

Harvey just needed to say the emotional speech to get himself, Scottie and his firm off the hook. At home, he cooks for Scottie and tells her that he wants to work with her and that he cares about her. Scottie wants to hear more. Harvey finally obliges and says, "I want you in my life."

Jessica comes to know about Mike and Rachel (Meghan Markle) and that it is not a casual relationship. The two lovebirds are facing the first real test. Mike does not want Rachel to go to Stanford. With Columbia law school offer in hand, Mike does not see a reason behind Rachel's indecisive status and cannot understand why she still wants to go to Stanford. Rachel wants to think for herself, weigh the pros and cons of both the law school, and comes to the best decision. Mike tells her if she goes to Stanford their relationship is off as he does not figure in her scheme of things.

He seeks Harvey's counsel on the matter. He does not have one to offer as he can provide a piece of advice on how to be a good lawyer but love is not his area. Mike later tells Rachel that he does not want to lose her and that they will be odd one out to make the long distance relationship work.

Jessica knocks at Mike's doors and steps in his apartment for the first time. She tells him to get an affidavit signed by Rachel that he is a fraud, otherwise Rachel's career will be in jeopardy. Rachel meets Jessica and tells that her father told her "Don't sign anything unless you get something in return." Despite not passing out from Harvard (the firm has a policy of hiring only Harvard graduate), she wants to work for Jessica.

Rachel informs Mike that she has made her decision and Stanford is the better option, but she is not going there and she is staying.

Louis and Sheila (Rachel Harris) have their tiff as Sheila wants more from her "torrid affair" with Louis, which he is too thick-headed to see. She terminates her exclusive deal of providing best candidates from Harvard to Louis. She tells him that she will be having deals with other firms. It takes a conversation with Mike for Louis to figure out what she wants and later he finds out about where she is stationed, without her telling him.

It is the room that has all the files of Harvard candidates. Louis tells Sheila, "I want to be exclusive, with you." And, Sheila says the same. She goes to call her mother to tell her that Louis is no longer the "pus**y." Louis checks out the cabinets that have the files despite Sheila's warning not to touch them.

Louis does not find Mike's file in the Harvard cabinet.
