Actress Halle Berry bagged another win in her bitter custody battle against her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

The judged sided with Berry and kept the status quo when it comes to the visitation rights of Halle’s ex-boyfriend.

A few days ago, model Gabriel Aubry filed an appeal to court to amend his visitation rights, in which a nanny should be present while he is visiting his daughter, Nahla. He claimed that he wanted more time with her daughter without a nanny babysitting both of them. Halle denied his request and the law favored her.

The judge released an order stating that the two must keep up with the original agreement when it comes to the supervised visitation rights of Gabriel.

According to TMZ, Gabriel was disappointed with the court’s decision and felt that the presence of nanny during his quality time with his daughter ruins it.

Gabriel and Halle parted ways on April 2010 and they have a daughter together, Nahla. The two undergone various custody battles since they broke up.

As previously agreed by the couple, the court allowed Halle Berry to take Nahla with her when she has work commitments abroad. Aubry, on the other hand, was given special visitation rights.
