A casting call for “Star Wars: Rogue One” reveals some interesting details about the film while production continues. The call also teases the addition of new planets in the Star Wars universe.

Disney Casting reports that the casting director for “Star Wars: Rogue One” is “setting up auditions for lead and supporting roles, many of which will be young male and female adults to play X-Wing pilots of the Rogue Squadron.” The casting call reportedly requires the extras to be eligible for work in London and in the U.K. The site adds production will take place at the Pinewood Studios in London and some scenes will also be filmed in various locations in the U.K., with some additional shooting to be done in Mexico.

Filming in Mexico reportedly teases the addition of new planets. Star Wars Underworld credits the diverse landscapes in the country to represent these new interesting planets in the film. However, the site reports that the casting call somehow contradicts Making Star Wars’ previous claim that “Star Wars: Rogue One” has already started production at Pinewood.

Felicity Jones, who was cast to play as one of the Rogue Squadron members, has reportedly already filmed her first scene. “It shouldn’t be a huge reveal that loads of trees are being brought into the studio again,” writer Jason Ward said. “It shouldn’t really be a surprise that there’s a landing in the jungle being filmed either,” he added.

Ward cited a source who said the ships used in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” have already been repurposed for “Rogue One” in some second unit filming. These ships reportedly include the Star Destroyers and the landers.

Star Wars Aficionado further revealed that production for “Star Wars: Rogue One” has been ongoing for at least three weeks now. Sources for the site confirmed some new jungle exterior sequences, involving a massive air/ground bombardment, have already been filmed at Pinewood Studios. Felicity Jones was also spotted shooting an action sequence and there was reportedly some scene-setting on board the original Death Star. Aside from Pinewood, Florida and Venezuela were previously also targeted as film locations because of their specific types of land mass and plantations.
