A new report about “Star Wars: Episode 8” confirms a leak that talked about an action sequence on Ahch-To involving Luke Skywalker. The scene will show just how powerful the old Jedi Master has become over the years after the death of his father.

[Spoiler alert]

A previous leak about the film suggested that there will be a battle between Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) and the Knights of Ren. A new report, which includes an audio clip of a conversation with a source in Ireland, confirms the scene.

In a video posted on YouTube, Mike Zeroh explains how there was a lot of wire work that was used on the set on Skellig Michael. This was used in the action sequence, and in the scene Luke Skywalker will apparently be seen picking off one member of the Knights of Ren at a time and defeat them effortlessly. The wire work could be used to showcase the incredible Force powers the Jedi Master has developed.

Mike wonders if this scene in “Star Wars: Episode 8” makes the Knights of Ren look bad. Very little has been revealed about the group, and the fans are yet to actually see them showcase their powers in a battle. So, if they lose to Luke Skywalker so badly it may not be a good thing for the group’s image in the minds of the fans.

On the other hand, the action sequence is important to show the powers of Luke Skywalker, who didn’t even get one line of dialogue in “The Force Awakens.” Mike believes that the fans who have come to love the Knights of Ren will also have something to cheer about, as the characters will be getting their back-story told through a flashback.

There could be two flashbacks in “Star Wars: Episode 8,” according to Mike. One will focus on the Knights of Ren, and the other will be about Luke Skywalker and his students.
