"Spring Breakers" stars, Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez might just grace the cover of Playboy magazine. Now wouldn't this be the most exciting and eventful career boost for the former Disney stars. However, fans of these two shouldn't get all worked up because Selena and Vanessa have not agreed to the open invitation sent out by Playboy.

Since Harmony Korine's film, "Spring Breakers" made its debut, fans of Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens have seen them as all-grown up stars that are ready to take on racier and sultrier roles. Not only have Gomez and Hudgens caught the attention of the male population with their bikini bodies in the film but Playboy magazine as well.

On April 13, Playboy magazine sent out an "open invitation" to the "Spring Breakers" stars on Twitter. The tweet also included a promotional photo of Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez for "Spring Breakers."

".@VanessaHudgens & @SelenaGomez now have an open invitation to the next Mansion party. cc @SpringBreakers: http://twitpic.com/chzgka," tweeted Playboy Magazine.

Obviously, Selena and Vanessa have managed to impress the Hugh Heffner, the Playboy master in the mansion. Yet, even if Hugh has enough resources to attract Selena and Vanessa to agreeing with a Playboy shoot, would Gomez's & Hudgens' management agree?

Judging to how fans reacted to Gomez's photoshopped fake Playboy cover last month, a real cover featuring Gomez and Hudgens just might sell and earn Heffner billions. The idea of gracing the cover of Playboy magazine may be a grown-up move for Gomez but not for Hudgens who had nude photos of her leaked in the past. Hudgens had also filmed a threesome with James Franco and Ashley Benson for "Spring Breakers" so going nude for Playboy won't likely be a challenge.

So would Selena Gomez say yes to a Playboy magazine cover? If anything, this move will have Selena's ex-beau, Justin Bieber, drooling with self-loathing for having let go of one fine young lady. Check out the slideshow to see more of Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez.
