“Spectre’ is the 24th instalment in the James Bond series and is much awaited. Sony recently released the first still and a behind-the-scenes video of an action sequence of the Daniel Craig’s film. The first image shows Craig dressed in an all black ensemble. He has a gun in his hand and appears to be standing on a ground covered by snow. Snow peaked mountains, helicopters and cars can be seen in his background.

Meanwhile, the video footage shows the main location of the film in Austria. It opens with Léa Seydoux saying “We are in Austria.” Dave Bautista is shown saying that the place looks like a painting and this is the first time he has been to mountains. Gregg Wilson, the associate producer of the film reveals in the footage that this is one of the “major action sequences” called “jewel in the crown.” The last scene of the footage shows Craig hitting a man and shooting in the air with his gun.

The makers of the film have reportedly chosen Austria as the film location as it is one od the most spectacular places in the world. According to film’s production designer Dennis Gassner, Austria was chosen as the prime location as they wanted to outdo the last film in the series “Skyfall.”

“Spectre” is directed by Sam Mendes. Craig will be seen playing James Bond for the fourth time in the row whereas Christoph Waltz will be seen in the role of Franz Oberhauser. The film will show Bond going on a mission to uncover the sinister organization SPECTRE. M (Ralph Fiennes) will struggle to keep the secret service active.

“Spectre will be everything you would expect from a Bond movie but, in terms of the last movie, maybe a little more variety, maybe a little more mischief,” said director Mendes of the film according to Express. The film is scheduled to be released on Nov 6, 2015 and it stars Craig, Waltz, Lea Sexdoux, Dave Bautista, Andrew Scott and Monica Bellucci. Neal Purvis, Robert Wade and John Logan have written the screenplay of the film and it is being produced by Eon Productions.
