Sony has teased another image that featured the Xperia Z5, hyping up its upcoming device reveals ahead of the IFA 2015. The newest Twitter teaser suggested a hybrid autofocus system that is slated to be one of the stunning features of the Xperia Z5.

The teaser came out in the official Sony Great Britain Twitter account, showing off not just the upcoming Xperia Z5 in the blurred image but also a scheduled event on Sept. 2 at the trading show. The tweet was accompanied by the caption: “All will become clear on 02.09.2015.”

According to GSM Arena , the “greater focus” mentioned in the tweet indicates a phase detection system which is expected to be on board in the upcoming flagship device. Previously, Sony has also implemented the mechanism in the Xperia M5, so the assumption is that it will also come in the upcoming device.

The hybrid autofocus is a blend of two autofocus technologies. It is a combination of the traditional contrast-based autofocus and a more modern Phase Detection autofocus technology. When combined, the two technologies allow a camera to quickly focus on the subject.

The upcoming flagship is also rumoured to bring the Sony IMX240 camera sensor which is used in Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge, reports Phone Arena . The device is expected to house a 4,500 mAh battery under the hood. The Xperia Z5 will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor accompanied with either 4GB or 3GB of RAM.

For the last few months, the Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact have been speculated much and remained at the center of leaks. Previously Sony confirmed its presence at the IFA in Berlin on Sep. 2 via another Twitter post by Sony Italy.

Sony is expected to release both the 5.5-inch Xperia Z5 and a 4.7-inch Xperia Z5 Compact at IFA. The company introduced the Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact during the same event last year.
