New Android 5.0 Lollipop software update is currently rolling out globally to users of Sony Xperia C3 and Xperia T2 Ultra. It has the build version 19.3.A.0.472 and expected to provide minor bug fixes and performance improvements.

Sony Mobile is currently rolling out the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop software with build version 19.3.A.0.472 to users of Xperia C3 and Xperia T2 Ultra across the globe. It is compatible to both single-SIM and dual-SIM models of these smartphones. According to XperiaBlog, 19.3.A.0.472 software update is likely a minor upgrade because of its slight difference with the previous 19.3.A.0.470 build version released last month. Minor software update usually brings minor bug fixes and performance improvements. Users of Xperia C3 and Xperia T2 Ultra can download the update via Over-the-Air process or simply check the Sony PC Companion installed on a Windows computer or Sony Bridge for Mac. For those who have not upgraded the Sony Xperia C3 or Xperia T2 Ultra Android 5.0 Lollipop, here are the features of the new OS:

The rollout started with Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact and Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact followed by Xperia Z2 and Xperia Z2 Tablet. In April 2015, Sony continued to release Android 5.0 software upgrade to other devices including Xperia Z1, Xperia Z1 Compact, Xperia Z3 Dual and Xperia Z Ultra. Older Xperia Z models such as Xperia Z and Xperia ZL are still waiting for Android 5.0 Lollipop software update. Android 5.1.1 Lollipop will be the next software update to be released and currently under testing phase on Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 smartphones.
