After he wrapped up his long-running biker drama show “Sons of Anarchy,” actor Theo Rossi starred in an indie film, “Bad Hurt,” opposite “How I Met Your Mother” actress Ashley Williams. Best known for his role as SAMCRO’s Juan Carlos “Juice” Ortiz, the 39-year-old star’s New York-based production company Dos Dudes Pictures is one of the production companies behind the feature film.

A film about a family’s struggle to stay together, “Bad Hurt” was filmed in Staten Island where the actor grew up. In an interview with Anthem Magazine, Rossi admitted that he still lives in Staten Island when he is not working in L.A. and thinks that growing up in the island was the “greatest thing on earth.”

Currently in production for his latest movie “When the Bough Breaks,” a psychological thriller film directed by Jack Olsen and Karl Gajdusek, the actor recently posted on his Instagram account that he was selected as one of the jurors at Tribeca Film Festival. “Bad Hurt” is also one of the movies featured in the film festival.
