"Sons of Anarchy" Season 7, Episode 6 features Juice (Theo Rossi) having an intense scene with SAMCRO's president Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) after making a deal with Alvarez (Emilio Rivera). Episode "Smoke 'Em If You Got 'Em" ended with the troubled biker face-to-face with Jax who is ready to kill anyone related to his wife's brutal murder.

Directed Guy Ferland, the man behind many memorable episodes of the show ("The Pull" and "Poor Little Lambs"), revealed some juicy details about filming Juice's betrayal and Gemma's (Katey Sagal) breakdown after knowing that Juice is with Jax. Taking his time while shooting the "interrogation" scene, the "Gotham" director captured the moment perfectly as the audience felt the intensity of the scene without the actors saying a word.

"Everyone wanted to get it right," Ferland told Entertainment Weekly. What's great about that show and that cast is everybody knows how to find their moments. You just have to cut to the faces and the audience, as you saw, has to stop and catch their breath. It's a perfect example of a Sons scene working at its best."

Fans of the show are seeing Jax responding to violence with violence, a response most SOA fans are not used to seeing. Filming Jax's first "non-self-defence" kill, Ferland told the publication that it was a "fun journey" to take Hunnam's character from that episode to a scene where he can just light up a cigarette and watch 10 people die in front of him.

Even Jax's final shot where he was walking into the camera was not scripted which makes the episode one of the most intense episodes of the season. With so much tension and hatred towards Juice, the drama is building up as Gemma awaits for the day when her son finds out that she killed that only woman that he ever loved.

With Jax killing so many people and enjoying the carnage that is happening in Charming, Gemma who is usually strong is slowly losing her grip as she fears for her life. A big episode for Sagal, the scene where she transformed from an insane person to a vulnerable woman after knowing the news about Juice is commendable. She's definitely losing control and the fans know that after episode 6 it's going to be a downhill ride for SAMCRO's matriarch.

"Sons of Anarchy" Season 7, Episode 7 is scheduled to be aired on Tuesday, October 21 at 10 P.M. at FX.
