Series creator Kurt Sutter kept his word when he said that two of SAMCRO's major members are not going to make it on the show's final ride. But fans of the show was treated with a bloody surprise when the Grim Reaper order a hit on Unser, Juice and Gemma all at once in "Sons of Anarchy" Season 7, episode 12's "Red Rose."

The Tuesday's bloodbath was one of the show's most heartbreaking episode that features Jax Teller (Charlie Hunnam) murdering his own mother to avenge his dead wife. Even though she was shot on the back, the SAMCRO matriarch knows that it was her time as she glad told her son, "It's Ok my baby boy, it's time. I'm ready."

On her interview with Vulture, actress Katey Sagal who plays Gemma Teller on the hit biker series revealed that the murderous grandmother of two is doing her son a favour of not facing him. Knowing that Jax would kill anyone related to Tara's murder, her death will just give him the closure that he needs and it's her way of helping him as she is too afraid to do it herself.

One of the biggest shocker on Tuesday's episode was Unser's (Dayton Callie) death after surviving cancer and seven seasons of the show. "The Glue that holds the final ride together," Unser met the Reaper as he took a bullet in the chest after getting in between Gemma and Jax.

Meanwhile, Juice's (Theo Rossi) fate was sealed on "Red Rose" when he chose to die in Ron Tully's (Marilyn Manson) hands, a first decision he made on his own. After telling Jax everything that happened on the night when Tara was murdered, actor Theo Rossi revealed that Juice felt that he exhausted it all and he chose to go with a clear conscience.

"I thought the, "Just let me finish my pie" line is such a classic line because he's making his one last declaration to no one," Rossi told Entertainment Weekly during an interview when he was asked about Juice's famous line on episode 12's "Red Rose." "It's just himself. I never want to say that dying is celebratory, but you see the beginning of the episode, it's like there's no way out here. This is it."
